WILL

I, FRANCIS FRANK BRACHER, Gentleman, retired, residing at 110 Henry Street, Bloemfontein, do hereby revoke all previous Wills made by me either personally or with my wife ELIZABETH ALICE BRACHER and declare this to be my last Will and Testament.

I appoint my Executors hereinafter named as sole heirs of my Estate IN TRUST that they shall have full power to invest all moneys in my Estate at their discretion and to pay over the whole of the interest and income derived from my Estate to my said wife ELIZABETH ALICE BRACHER, and at her death shall pay over the capital amount of my Estate to my children, namely FRANCIS CHARLES GEORGE BRACHER, ELIZABETH MABEL WALLACE, born Bracher, and STANLEY CECIL BRACHER.

I appoint my son-in-law JOHN ALFRED WALLACE and my son FRANCIS CHARLES GEORGE BRACHER as Executors of this my Will and Administrators of my Estate, granting them all power and authority allowed in Law.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand at BLOEMFONTEIN, this 21st day of MAY, in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Thirty (1930), in the presence of the subscribing Witnesses.
